Creative Technologies for Personnel Adaptation in Conditions of Force Majeure

A hypothesis has been put forward that the creativity of technologies should be determined by their extraordinary nature and possibility flexible adaptation to conditions are dictated non-standard, especially extreme (emergency) crisis situations. For this purpose, practice successful companies in context use personnel researched. The authors focus on urgent problem determining priority areas for force majeure, developing methods tools retaining personnel, as well implementing creative shifts within framework traditional technologies. scientific value investigation consists main components adapting which relevant domestic organizations namely: psychological, corporate, motivational adaptation, life safety. It is concluded majeure depends professionalism HR managers. transformation requires updating expanding competence managers, taking into account dynamic changes processes place business environment circumstances. Determining role manager facilitator process, researching advantages disadvantages existing digital technologies, analyzing internal external factors influencing effectiveness direction further research problem.
